About Vonda Tiede

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I have been working with individuals, couples and families in ministry and mentoring capacities for over twenty years and in mental health for over eight years. Clients often come struggling with symptoms of anxiety, anger, relationship distress, or experiences including trauma, grief, broken relationship or a longing for deeper meaning and purpose.

I offer a safe and compassionate space to process the struggles you face. When we experience a damaged relationship, trauma or life challenges, our world seems to unravel. I am privileged to walk alongside those who find themselves in this confusing place. I offer a non- judgmental, compassionate and confidential space to explore together; a refuge where clients can determine goals and find new perspectives and solutions that will restore life’s meaning and purpose.

From a Christian perspective, I believe we are created for relationship and community. These often serve as a crucible for healing and meaning in life. Great pain comes from broken relationship; the greatest healing can come through its restoration.

In addition to my license,  I am a certified Prepare Enrich facilitator, trained in administering the Gottman Assessment and trained in Advanced Sand Tray Therapy.  In March, 2023, I participated in an Item Development Workshop as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Marital and Family Therapy working on the National Marital and Family Therapy Examination for the Association of Marital and Family Therapy Regulatory Boards in conjunction with Professional Testing Corporation.

About Daniel Merboth

Daniel Merboth is currently pursuing a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) degree at UW-Stout. With a background in psychology and Christian studies from his undergraduate education, experience as a mental health specialist at Dungarvin, and ongoing work in therapy Daniel brings a solid foundation to his current role.

Daniel is enthusiastic about integrating his education and previous experience into his therapeutic practice. He firmly believes in the inherent worth of each individual and strives to provide them with non-judgmental support. He approaches therapy with a personalized and holistic perspective, recognizing the uniqueness of each person and taking a systems-oriented, and research-based approach.

While Daniel anticipates working with teens through seniors in his career, his specific areas of interest include couples and family therapy. He is passionate about seeing couples experience unity in relationship as it is designed to be. Outside of his professional life, he resides west of the Twin Cities with his wife and cat, Pippin. In his free time, he enjoys tabletop role-playing games with friends, hiking, watching fantasy shows, and taking in rainy days with a good book and a cup of coffee.

About Megan Holmgren

Hello! I’m Megan Holmgren, a Marriage and Family Therapy graduate student studying at Liberty University. In my high school years, I quickly developed a love for Psychology and later earned my bachelor’s degree in the field. Shortly after beginning undergrad, I found myself drawn to the powerful life stories of others and the study of Marriage and Family Therapy quickly became my passion!

For many people, therapy is a difficult and anxiety-inducing process to begin. I applaud you for taking the first step! I seek to create an environment where you feel not only heard, but empowered, supported, and seen. We are not designed to go through life alone and I will be honored to provide a space without judgment or stigma. There is beauty in the unique nature of every story, and I will be humbled and privileged to be a part of yours. I am excited to walk alongside you as you write and process your story. Let’s embark on this powerful and healing journey together! Although I anticipate working with many populations, currently, I am most drawn to teens and young adults.

In my free time, I love working on sewing projects, working out, baking, spending time outdoors, and going on coffee dates with friends! Most of all, I love gaming with my husband!

I am a certified facilitator in both Prepare Enrich and Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts.  I am qualified to provide you with a letter documenting the twelve sessions you attend that is required for a discount on your state of Minnesota marriage license.
